Consulting and Research Services
Advisory Scope
NCRC provides research, management, business planning, analytical, government and public-sector, local and international policy, geopolitical, strategic, AI-transformation, technology, IT/network, and digital-business consulting. Findings and recommendations are decision-support materials and do not replace professional services that require a separate license, certification, security clearance, or regulated fiduciary relationship.
Specialized Professional Review
Legal opinions, tax or accounting attestations, engineering or architectural certification, medical advice, regulated investment advice, penetration testing, and other licensed or specialized services should be reviewed or performed by appropriately qualified professionals when required.
Policy & Geopolitical Scope
Policy and geopolitical work uses lawful sources and information supplied through the engagement. NCRC does not provide classified intelligence collection, diplomatic representation, lobbying registration services, legal representation, or governmental authority.
Technology & Security Scope
Technology and network consulting may include assessment, planning, architecture, documentation, vendor evaluation, governance, resilience, and scoped implementation support. Security outcomes, uptime, or breach prevention cannot be guaranteed; specialized penetration testing and regulated security services should be performed by appropriately qualified providers when required.
